Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use Talos Assist. By using the service, you agree to follow them and confirm that you have authority to act for any organization whose account you use.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and ensuring that everyone using your account is authorized to do so.

You are also responsible for the instructions, approvals, connected services, and information provided through your account.

Talos Assist uses automated systems to help draft content, summarize information, and carry out approved workflows. Automated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before they are relied on.

You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for reviewing consequential actions before approval. Talos Assist is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

You may not use Talos Assist to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, bypass security controls, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, or create a material risk of harm.

You may not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated means to extract or copy the service beyond the access we provide.

Talos Assist may connect to services provided by others. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for changes or interruptions caused by a third-party service.

You retain ownership of content and information you provide. You grant Talos Assist the limited rights needed to process that content and operate the service for you.

Talos Assist and its underlying software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Talos Assist reliable, but do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be inferred from these terms or a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited. Any other limits of responsibility will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel and will show a revised effective date.
